Grounding mid lesson

Gabby Bernstein’s blog post, Meditation to prevent freaking out has instruction for a breathing practice that is useful for many situations.   I’ve found that it works well to calm down and speed up the practice of falling asleep.  I’ve also used it to prevent myself from interrupting a student when they are sawing away and I have some words of wisdom better exchanged when they have at least finished a phrase.  I think it will also work to calm down right before the first note played in a recital.
